Dr. Helen Oller
completed her 4 years of PM&R residency training at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York. She worked as attending physician and clinical instructor at Columbia University Medical Center in Harlem Hospital New York, New York, and attending physician at Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York. In addition, she was clinical instructor of residents at SUNY Downstate Medical Center Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Orthopedics. Upon relocating to Yuma, she became the Medical Director and consultant for Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital before opening up a private practice in Yuma, Arizona.
She worked as a House Staff Physician in the Department of Neurosurgery at King's County Hospital Center, Long Island College Hospital, NY & State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn NY. She is a Diplomate / Board Certified by American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Stephanie Enders, MPT
Is a Graduate from Northern Arizona University has a Masters in Physical Therapy year of 1995. Was born and raised in Yuma Arizona. Has over 22 years experience in various settings including, Outpatient facilities, Sports Rehabilitation, Sub-Acute Rehabilitation, and Home Health. Is married and has 3 beautiful children. Enjoy golf, hiking and being involved in her children activities.
Kelsea Being, PT, DPT
Kelsea, received her BC in Biology with a minor Chemistry from Easter Oregon University in 2008. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2012. Kelsea was a LEND Trainee during her time at the University of South Dakota which specialized in programs for pediatric patients. She completed clinical rotations in multiple outpatients, skilled nursing Facilities, Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals, and school system. Kelsea moved to Yuma in 2012 and began working at Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital where she gained experience working with multiple diagnoses including TKR, THR, Hip fracture, stroke, and others. Kelsea was a lead Therapist at YRH for 2.5 years and she has been a clinical instructor to multiple physical therapy assistant students. Kelsea has experience with multiple orthopedic impairments, stroke rehabilitation, and other disease processes.
James Putman, PT
Is a Graduate of Langston University located in Oklahoma on December, 1994. Has been a professional Physical Therapist for 23 years, started his carrier as a traveling Therapist. Resident of Yuma for 15 years, Experience in Acute Care SNF, Sub-Acute, Outpatient Facilities in Yuma Arizona, Home Health PT and VA Outpatient for 7 years has accomplished history and experience from multiple states. Enjoys the Yuma weather and surroundings & the diversity of a growing City.
Holly Jordan, OT
Holly Jordan is an Occupational Therapist that graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2000. An Arkansas Native, Holly moved to Yuma in 2002. She has worked in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Therapy and Home Health settings. She served as a Director of Therapy of an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital for 6 years before leaving to spend time with her 3 children. She specializes in recovering function in those who have experiencing neurological or orthopedic conditions.
Jamie Cain, PT, DPT
Jamie is a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received her BS in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2011. Jamie has clinical experience in multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient rehab, and acute care. She has 3 years of experience as a vestibular rehabilitation therapist, working with active duty military members who have sustained mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and/or concussion, along with other neurological conditions. Jamie and her husband recently moved to Yuma from North Carolina in 2017. She enjoys reading and running, and has completed multiple half and full marathons.
Debra is a 2012 graduate of Mohave Community College in Lake Havasu City Arizona, where she received her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistance. January of 2018 she began working at Associated Rehabilitation Medicine Doctors where she enjoys the outpatient experience. Debra enjoys spending time with her family and granddaughter, Violet.
Sandy Pliska, COTA/L
Sandy has been a certified occupational therapist assistance/licensed (COTA/L) since 1996. She has worked in various settings including acute, sub-acute, skilled nursing, transitional care unit, outpatient, home health, and school age pre K to 8th grade.
She has experience working with orthopedic, cervical conditions, CVA, Guillain-Barre, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, amputations, general weakness with a decrease in activities of daily living.
Sandy believes in addressing her patients with a team approach to achieve the patients maximal potential so they can return to what matters the most.
She has lived in Yuma since 1980, where she was married and raised her two sons . Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and beautiful granddaughter.
